This website stores your booking contact details, preferred language, appointment date, time, status and any optional non-confidential note in its WordPress appointment records. Booking updates are emailed to you and the office. Please do not include confidential case details or documents.
The firm uses information you choose to send to respond to your enquiry and arrange legal services. Contact dianaatekaadvocates@gmail.com about access, correction or deletion requests and questions about how your information is handled.
Your information and choices
The booking fields ask for your name, email, phone number, preferred language and an available appointment time. An optional note can state your meeting preference or general area of help. The firm uses these details to manage availability and respond to you.
Sending through WhatsApp or email transfers your message to that service and to the firm. Those providers may process data outside Kenya under their own terms. Map and social links open third-party services. Ask the firm about an alternative contact or document-delivery channel if you do not wish to use them.
The office can subscribe to a private, read-only Google Calendar feed containing appointment reference, time, status and the public office location. It excludes client names, contact details, notes and documents. Google processes calendar information under its own privacy terms and may process it outside Kenya. Updates follow Google’s refresh schedule; changes in Google Calendar do not change website bookings.
Retention and rights
Booking records are stored on the website hosting service and email copies are handled by the office and email providers. Access to appointment administration requires an authorised WordPress account. Contact the firm for applicable retention periods and requests about access, correction, objection or deletion.
For information on your data rights, see the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Website terms
Do not send sensitive documents until the firm confirms a suitable channel. This website provides general information; it does not establish an advocate-client relationship or provide advice for your particular matter. Appointments, scope and fees require confirmation by the firm.
The booking calendar stores submitted appointment details in the website database. Hosting services may also record technical access logs, such as IP address, request time and requested page, to operate and protect the service. WhatsApp, email, map and social services have their own privacy policies.
