This site does not store consultation form entries. When you continue to WhatsApp, your entries are included in a message for you to review and send. WhatsApp, email and map services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
The firm uses information you choose to send to respond to your enquiry and arrange legal services. Contact dianaatekaadvocates@gmail.com about access, correction or deletion requests and questions about how your information is handled.
Your information and choices
The enquiry fields ask for your name, phone number, area of help, preferred language, meeting preference and proposed appointment time. They are used to prepare your request and arrange a response. You choose whether to send the message. Do not include detailed case facts or documents in this first contact.
Sending through WhatsApp or email transfers your message to that service and to the firm. Those providers may process data outside Kenya under their own terms. Map and social links open third-party services. Ask the firm about an alternative contact or document-delivery channel if you do not wish to use them.
Retention and rights
The form itself creates no stored website enquiry record. Messages you send, hosting logs and any subsequent client file are held separately by their respective providers or by the firm. Contact the firm for the retention periods applicable to your enquiry or client matter and for requests about access, correction, objection or deletion.
For information on your data rights, see the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies are included in this site. The website does not store your form entries in a database or browser storage. Your hosting provider may record technical access logs, such as IP address, request time and requested page, to operate and protect the service.
